This website is operated by Circa 11, Address: 957, 12th Main Rd,  Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using this website or making a reservation through it, you agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.


1. General information only

Everything on this website — including menus, descriptions, photographs, prices, opening hours and events — is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Menus, dishes, ingredients, prices and hours may change without notice, including for seasonal availability. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative; served dishes and drinks may differ in appearance.


2. Opening hours and service times

Hours listed on this website are our regular schedule. We may change them, or close fully or partly, for holidays, private events, maintenance, government orders, dry days or other reasons beyond our control. Where possible, we will post changes on our Instagram, @circa11.blr.


3. Reservations

  • Online bookings are available for parties of up to 8 guests. For 9 or more, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 80955 11011.

  • A 15-minute grace period applies. After this, your table may be released to other guests.

  • All bookings are non-refundable, as set out in our House Rules and Cancellation Policy, which form part of every booking.

  • A reservation confirms a table for your party at the booked time. It does not guarantee a specific table, seating area or menu item.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

  • Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.


4. Children

Children of all ages are welcome between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Guests below 13 years are not permitted during dinner service. We may ask for reasonable proof of age and may refuse entry
where this policy is not met.


5. Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age under Karnataka law and only during licensed hours. We may ask for valid government-issued photo ID and may refuse service at our discretion, including to guests who appear intoxicated. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive. Nothing on this website is intended to promote excessive consumption of alcohol.


6. Allergens and dietary requirements

Our kitchen and bar handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish. Although we take care, we cannot guarantee that any dish or drink is free of allergens or trace amounts. Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient. Please tell your server about any allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement before ordering. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own discretion.


7. Third-party services and links

This website may link to or use third-party services, such as our reservation platform, payment gateway, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and email. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.


8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Circa 11 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including loss caused by errors, interruptions, viruses or unavailability of the website or booking system. Our total liability relating to any booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.


9. Intellectual property

The Circa 11 name, logo, text, photographs, design and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages and to tag us on social media.


10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
